Part time Host/Hostess for a Leading Bank in Central Brussels

Are you a friendly, professional, and multilingual individual looking for a part-time opportunity in the heart of Brussels? We are seeking an enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at a prestigious European bank. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome to our guests and VIP visitors, delivering an exceptional hospitality experience comparable to a five-star hotel.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests and VIP visitors in English, Dutch, and French
  • Provide an outstanding welcome experience, ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for
  • Maintain a professional and tidy reception area
  • Wear a classy uniform and present a professional appearance
  • Walk around the lobby proactively engaging with visitors throughout the day

You work on Monday & Tuesday from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm and on Wednesday from 12 am to 4:00 pm.

As this is a dynamic job where you actively welcome visitors and walk around and stand upright in the lobby throughout the day, physical fitness is key.

Your profile

We are looking for a new colleague with a passion for hospitality who has the following competencies:

  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is essential
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Friendly, open attitude with a constant smile
  • As this is a dynamic job where you actively welcome visitors and walk around and stand upright in the lobby throughout the day, physical fitness is key
  • Available to take on the job during the month of September 2024
  • No administrative or computer skills are required
