Eligio is the market leader in Belgium in outsourcing of reception and office services. Our 360 employees work on a permanent basis. Every day, they enthusiastically work for our customers, medium-sized and large companies throughout Belgium and active in various sectors.
For one of our clients in Brussels – a renowned international consultancy company – we are looking for a colleague who can organise the reception in a professional manner. In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
-You will manage telephone communications, answer phone calls and handle incoming and outgoing calls
-You take care of welcoming visitors by welcoming them, registering them on arrival, providing relevant information and escorting them to the meeting rooms. You also offer refreshments.
-You are responsible for mail management, processing and sorting incoming and outgoing mail
-Managing the meeting rooms
-You carry out supporting administrative tasks, such as checking invoices and order forms, booking travel (hotels, flights, train journeys, etc.), ordering office equipment and managing stock, and coordinating the organisation of meetings (agendas, invitations, catering, etc.).
You will work 20h per week, as follows:
-Tuesday from 14h to 19h
-Wednesday from 1 pm to 7 pm
-Thursday from 2 pm
-Friday from 11am to 3pm
Profiel
We are looking for a new colleague who has the following competences:
-Very good knowledge of English. Basic Dutch and French is sufficient.
-Fluent with current MS Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel
-Professional maturity
